Rainbow Birthday Card

Hello everyone,

This is another card which I made using simple stenciled background technique. Used the same sunny day stencil from Clearly besotted , I blended the background using distress inks - Mustard seed, Spiced Marmalade, Picked Raspberry, Twisted Citron, Wilted Violet , Seedless Preserve . 

Since the stencil was quite small used tape to extend the rays and die cut the background using Mama elephant dies.  Used Birthday wishes Stamps from  Jane's Doodle for sentiment  and heat embossed with clear embossing powder. Added a MFT elephant critters from stash and adhered all on a top A2 note card using a foam tape. Used nuvo crystal drops for added interest to complete the card. Make a Wish - Stencilled Background

Hello everyone,

I'm here with set of birthday cards , which I have made using simple stenciled background technique. 

Using Sunny day stencil from Clearly besotted , I blended the background using distress inks - Mustard seed, Spiced Marmalade, Picked Raspberry, Twisted Citron, Wilted Violet , Seedless Preserve . 

Using a sponge dabber added little stars on top of it. I had some colored star die cuts from stash , used it on the card and added a doodled smiley using the black pen. Added a sentiment 'make a wish' from Janes Doodle. To complete the card adhered all on the side Kraft note card using a foam tape. I liked how it turned out, hope you like it too :) Also please share your thoughts in the comment below 💕

Stay Home Stay Safe !!

Hi,

Its been long I didn't showed up here. I'm quite occupied with house core activities and managing the toddler tantrums  during this PANDEMIC situation.Thanks to all front-liners who are doing best to keep us safe 🙏 Hoping for better days ahead soon 💕😊

Coming to today's card, I wanted to use Home Sweet Home stamp-set from Jane's doodle since I was missing my back home 🙃 Spring/Summer has just started here in UK. I was really looking forward to this time of the year - bright sun and all greens with blooming flowers. It feels so good amidst all these chaos. Isn't it ?!

 I tried to re-create a scene of sunny background with leafy grass around. I used a frame border from the scrap and used a stencil to give a added interest. Sunny Background was also left out piece of old card. Stamped & colored the house , adhered everything using liquid glue n foam squares to the brown cardstock. Added a handwritten sentiment using white pen. Finished card using some embellishments from Paperious (Indian Brand) , butterfly & flower sequins ☺

MFT - CAS Cool Cat !!

Hi,

I'm popping in to share my post for the couple of challenges which urged me to take out my old stash supplies. 

Today's card has the supplies which I was hoarding from long. Stamp sets and paper pad are from My favorite things. 

Stamped cat & fish bowl from MFT Cool Cat on Iris card and colored using zig real brush pens. Added a paper pad with sentiment on top . Rounded the edges of pattern paper and also scored few lines on the base of the card . Lastly used enamel dots to complete my card.

Love in Air !!!

February - known as the month of Love💗 

The most important person you can show love is yourself. 
As Moms who are often selfless and caregivers by nature, we really need something like self love to remind us just how deserving we are of the same love and attention that we show everyone else. My sanity lies in my craft room. So taking some time for self, be your own kind , creative and spread Love :)  

Coming to today's card - I'm sharing the love card which is made using Jane's Doodles 'Winter wishes' stamp set

I have used little mouse and bird from the stamp-set and colored using ZigRealBrush watercolor pens and fussy cut them. 

Heart Masked Background is made using the stencils from CrafTangles and inks are from Craftyscrappers ( Coral & Apple ) 

Love die-cut is from Technique Tuesday. For the dimension I have adhered couple of die-cut together added a glitter using shimmer pen and that completes my card !!

Simple CAS Card

Today I have a quick and simple card to share that I have made a while for Prika Blog Challenge 😍  I was honored as a Guest Inspirator at Prika️💗 Thank you so much for the opportunity 🥰

I have dry embossed the white cardstock using Darice embossing folder. It gives subtle dimension to card.Also Die-cut some stars using MFT die. Colored the Star die cuts using nuvo alcohol markers. I haven't used traditional love colors but instead chose some pastels 

Adhere the Star die cuts on one other using liquid glue. Now arrange them on the embossed panel in the heart pattern.

I have stamped the sentiment from Lawn fawn using versa-fine onyx black on the embossed panel and used clear embossing powder. Added glossy accent to give glaze look.

Embossed panel was trimmed down and placed on top folding A2 sized card base. I adhered them using a double sided foam tape and liquid glue. Voila, that completes my simple love card :)

Snow Fun - Birthday Card !!

We're yet to experience a snowfall in UK, but we have strong wind n rain. Hoping everything would be fine in upcoming days.

I have a cute birthday card  to share in which a little penguin is enjoying skating :) how fun !! Isn't it ?! 

I have tried ink blending technique for the background. Chipped Sapphire, Mermaid Lagoon & Peacock feathers are the distress colors used. 

Hand-drawn those little stars using white gel pen. 

Little penguin is from Waddles - Snow Fun Your Next Stamps colored using zig real brush pens. 

Using white cardstock made a slope of snow for penguin to skate :) Added a birthday sentiment and star sequins to complete the card.

Watercolor Card (Galaxy Night Sky )

Well I'm excited since this is my first ever blog-post. I need to explore more about this platform and will try to share my thoughts behind the cards/crafting project that I do.

Sharing the card that I have made using Jane's Doodles Bear Hugs

I have stamped Cute bears on Watercolor Card-stock and added some details like scarf and sweaters on both the bears :) Used my ZigRealBrush watercolor pens to color and fussy cut them.
   
For the background, I wanted the galaxy night sky effect. So combined these Zigcolors from Purple, Violet, Pink, Red, Blue and Black to get the desired results and acrylics splatters for the stars . 

Also added some bling on scarfs and sweaters using shimmer pens

Used a circle die for the shape of the card and heat embossed the sentiment
