Make A Wish

 Hello my Crafty Friends,

How are you doing?! Hope it was fun Christmas time with your near and dear ones :) I had a fun festive time with my family members after a very long time. Wishing you all Merry Christmas and very Happy New Year

What's your favorite technique in cardmaking ?! Mine is ink-blending :)

I wanted to achieve this northern lights/aurora effect for background of my card .To achieve that I have used distress inks for today's card : tumbled glass, salty ocean , evergreen bough and chipped sapphire

I came across this ink blending method from Beccy's blog and was inspired from her card :) She has explained it so neatly. Thank you Beccy :)  I have used critters and dies from Lawn Fawn. Colored them using zig markers. Added a vellum to die cut for extra layers. Below is the final look of the my card and I hope you like it :)

Thank you so much for stopping by,

Winter Wishes

 Hi Crafty Friends,

Thank you so much for stopping by, and I'm sorry for being mia here on blogpost. I do share my card and projects in Instagram. You can find them in the below link :

How fun is this would be ?! A group of crafty friends join together and challenge each other with card techniques , color palette and sketches every month. This is fun crafty initiative was started by Swapna along with Disha and me. One can find the posts under the hashtag #craftingwithcraftyfriend on Instagram :)

Today I'm here to share a card that is made using only dies. I have die cut several flowers and placed each petals on one other using a liquid glue , also shaped the edges of flower . Attached the half pearl sequins in red for the pollen look. For leaves, I have used a vellum die cuts and placed behind the flowers. These die cuts where placed on the white note card. Card base is in the size of mini slim line which measures 31/4 " inches by 61/4" inches. This is my first time that I have chose only whites on my card except the cream cardstock for matted look. I took a white smaller panel which is slightly less than the cream one and scored lines from top right side to 3/4th of the card for embossing look. Also arranged the flowers along with the leaves on them and added few sequins and splatters of gold for the shine :)

Love and Hugs,

Deekshita :)
